We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you happen not to like an item, simply re-gift it to a friend or family member.
We do offer replacements and/or refunds, in the event of damaged items, with proof of damage within 7 days of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged item as well as a photo of the shipping box as our shipping provider requires us to submit photos when claims are made. We cannot offer a replacement without proof of damage.
Sales prices are honoured during sales periods only. Pricing adjustments will not be made for previous purchases.
